Employee Engagement as a Factor of Internal Entrepreneurship

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the topic of developing employee engagement both scientific community and business. Managers are beginning to realize that not only technologies used, but also personnel who can be involved work, submit ideas on how improve it, or, conversely, silently carry out job descriptions, which help occupy leading positions. The purpose this study is analyze publications from 2017-2021, as well subjects their research. main hypothesis scientists interested various aspects staff involvement, particular it interconnected with effectiveness organization. results review form basis for further discussion approaches tools factor internal entrepreneurship.
