In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the topic of developing employee engagement both scientific community and business. Managers are beginning to realize that not only technologies used, but also personnel who can be involved work, submit ideas on how improve it, or, conversely, silently carry out job descriptions, which help occupy leading positions.
